Job Description

Aircraft Electronics Technician understand how to read electrical drawings and build wire harnesses 12-18hour Electronic Assemblers - assembling wire harnesses - 1 month or more Submit resumes, interviewing Tuesday Functional Responsibility: Supports the Sr. Electronics Technician on military and commercial aircraft electronic system installations. Performance includes demonstrating progressively increasing responsibility in installation, extensive troubleshooting of communication and electronic equipment. Skilled in interpreting engineering designs and drawings. Provides technical direction, training, and guidance to lower level technical personnel as necessary. Reads, interprets, and supports development of electrical fabrication and installation drawings. Performs fabrication, installation and troubleshooting of control, power, Video and RF cables and harnesses on aircraft. Skilled in the use of hand and installation tools. Familiar in the use of both In-Shop and Flightline test equipment for troubleshooting and testing. Develops work instructions for production and modification teams. Works as a modification team member supporting workflow and task assignments during the integration process. During the modification; performs in-process inspections for assembly and installation design conformance. Education/Experience Qualifications: High school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma. FCC license required. Preferred to be a graduate of a technical school. Minimum of six (6) years significant experience in demonstrating installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex communications equipment and electronics equipment. Experience leading modification teams desired. Provides technical direction and guidance to lower level technical personnel as may be necessary. Must be able to obtain SECRET level security clearance. Pay rate $12.00 - $18.00
